What Verification Means
Verification on Bharosa Hai confirms a provider's identity and, where the profession is regulated, their professional registration. It does not guarantee the outcome of any work. It confirms that the person is who they claim to be and holds the credentials they claim to hold.
Documents We Check
Every provider must submit government-issued photo identity. Where the profession is regulated, we also check professional registration:
- Advocate — Bar Council enrolment number
- Chartered Accountant — ICAI membership number
- Company Secretary — ICSI membership number
- Architect — Council of Architecture registration
- Doctor — State or National Medical Commission registration
- Structural Engineer — Relevant professional body registration
- Documentation consultant — Government ID and business proof
Review Process
A team member reviews the submitted documents within 24 to 48 working hours. We reject submissions where documents are unclear, expired, or do not match the claimed profession. Only after a successful review does the profile display a Trust Badge.
The Trust Badge Cannot Be Purchased
The Trust Badge is issued only after document verification. It cannot be bought. Premium plans affect listing visibility and placement; they have no effect on verification status.
Ongoing Review
Registration proofs are re-checked periodically. A Trust Badge can be withdrawn if credentials lapse or if substantiated complaints are received.
